    "body": "**埃德加·阿德里安，第一代阿德里安男爵**（Edgar Douglas Adrian，1889年11月30日—1977年8月8日）出生于伦敦（英国），1977年8月8日在剑桥（英国）去世。\n\n## 生平与职业生涯\n\n埃德加·阿德里安在剑桥大学三一学院学习医学，师从基思·卢卡斯研究神经电信号。第一次世界大战期间他曾任军医，战后回到剑桥，长期任教并先后担任皇家学会会长和三一学院院长[^s3]。\n\n## 主要成就\n\n阿德里安利用毛细管电量计和阴极射线管放大并记录单根神经纤维的电信号，证明感觉刺激的强度不是以冲动的大小编码，而是以冲动发放的频率编码：刺激越强，冲动频率越高，而单个冲动的大小保持不变（全或无定律的实验证据）。1928年发表的关键结果为神经信息编码奠定了定量基础；1934年后他又转向脑电活动研究，对癫痫等脑功能障碍的研究开辟了新领域[^s1][^s3]。\n\n## 获奖\n\n1932 年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖由 2 位得主共享，埃德加·阿德里安，第一代阿德里安男爵占其中 1/2 份，官方获奖理由（官方原文）：“for their discoveries regarding the functions of neurons”[^s1]。获奖时所属机构为 University of Cambridge，所在地为剑桥（英国）[^s1]。\n\n## 参见\n\n[[work_nobel_prize_1932|1932 年诺贝尔奖]]、[[concept_nobel_prize|诺贝尔奖]]",
