## 规模与经营

招股书显示，截至 2025 年，T3出行 的业务覆盖全国 194 座城市，全年完成订单约 7.97 亿单，在网约车市场位居行业第三；2023 年至 2025 年总收入由 148.96 亿元增长至 171.09 亿元，2025 年首次实现盈利，净利润 744 万元。当年 85.9% 的订单来自高德、腾讯出行等聚合平台。2026 年，公司向香港交易所递交招股书。

## Robotaxi

与自运营的重资产模式不同，T3出行 采取“运营平台+技术合作伙伴”的模式：依托一汽、东风、长安的整车制造能力，引入外部自动驾驶技术，自身专注运营调度、用户服务与合规落地。其自研的“领行阡陌”大模型使平台司机空驶率下降 17.5%，并在南京、苏州部署超过 300 辆 Robotaxi 测试车。
