卡罗琳·贝尔托齐是创立生物正交化学的化学家，2022年诺贝尔化学奖得主之一。

## 生平与职业生涯

贝尔托齐在哈佛大学获博士学位，先后任教于加州大学伯克利分校与斯坦福大学，长期研究糖类在细胞表面的作用。[^s3][^s4]

## 主要成就

贝尔托齐创立生物正交化学，使化学反应可在活细胞内选择性标记糖分子而不干扰生命过程，为药物研发与疾病机制研究开辟了新的工具。[^s3][^s4]

## 获奖
