夏尔·罗贝尔·里歇是发现并命名过敏反应的法国生理学家，1913年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖得主。

**夏尔·罗贝尔·里歇**（Charles Robert Richet，1850年8月26日—1935年12月4日）出生于巴黎（法国），1935年12月4日在巴黎（法国）去世。

## 生平与职业生涯

里歇在巴黎大学医学院学习，1887年起任巴黎大学医学院生理学教授，并任法兰西公学院教授，长期研究神经化学、消化、体温调节与呼吸等生理学问题，也涉足心理学与文学创作。[^s3][^s4]

## 主要成就

里歇与波蒂埃合作研究海葵毒素时发现，初次小剂量注射后再次注射可致严重休克而非产生免疫，他将这一现象命名为过敏反应，揭示免疫反应也可致病，为过敏性疾病的研究奠定了基础。[^s3][^s4]

## 获奖

1913 年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖授予 夏尔·罗贝尔·里歇，官方获奖理由（官方原文）：“in recognition of his work on anaphylaxis”[^s1]。获奖时所属机构为 Sorbonne University，所在地为巴黎（法国）[^s1]。
