Es wurde in den MICHELIN Guide California 2025 mit zwei Sternen aufgenommen und wird auch in der Ausgabe 2026 mit zwei Sternen geführt. Die markante, reduzierte Umgebung bildet die Bühne für ein außergewöhnliches Degustationsmenü. Jedes Gericht ist optisch eindrucksvoll und mutig, manchmal verspielt, dabei aber präzise zubereitet und ausgewogen im Geschmack. Dazu gehören Jakobsmuscheln mit Passionsfrucht, Ají Amarillo und Blüten aus Meerrettich-Tuile sowie eine Schale mit essbaren Blüten und Tomatenwasser.
