    "body": "## 概况\n\n下萨克森州位于德国西北部，北起北海之滨，南至哈尔茨山前地带。州首府为汉诺威。全州面积约47,700平方公里，是面积第二大的联邦州；约有800万人口（2022年人口普查）居住于此。ISO 3166-2代码为DE-NI。下萨克森于1946年由英国占领当局建立。\n\n## 行政区划\n\n直至2004年底，全州设有4个行政专区（布伦瑞克、汉诺威、吕讷堡、威悉-埃姆斯）；这些专区于2005年1月1日撤销。州层级之下设有37个县（包括作为地方特殊联合体的汉诺威大区）和8个直辖市。\n\n## 主要城市\n\n- 汉诺威（约64万人口）\n- 布伦瑞克（约22万人口）\n- 奥尔登堡（约17万人口）\n- 奥斯纳布吕克（约16.5万人口）\n- 沃尔夫斯堡（约12.5万人口）\n\n## 交通\n\n汉诺威是重要的ICE枢纽和会展城市；A 2和A 7高速公路在本州境内交汇。凭借威廉港的集装箱深水港亚德威瑟港（JadeWeserPort）、周边的不来梅哈芬海港以及汉诺威机场，本州的物流条件十分优越。\n\n## 经济\n\n下萨克森州的支柱是汽车工业（大众汽车位于沃尔夫斯堡）、农业与食品经济、沿海和北海的风能以及机械制造。",
