    "body": "## 概况\n\n萨尔州位于德国西南部，与法国和卢森堡接壤。州首府为萨尔布吕肯。面积约2,570平方公里、人口约98.4万（2022年人口普查），是德国面积最小的广域州。ISO 3166-2代码为DE-SL。经过1955年的全民公投，萨尔州于1957年1月1日作为第11个联邦州加入联邦共和国。\n\n## 行政区划\n\n萨尔州从未设立行政专区。州层级之下设有6个县，其中包括作为地方特殊联合体的萨尔布吕肯地区联合体（Regionalverband Saarbrücken）；不设直辖市。\n\n## 主要城市\n\n- 萨尔布吕肯（约18万人口）\n- 诺因基兴（约4.6万人口）\n- 洪堡（约4.1万人口）\n\n## 交通\n\n萨尔布吕肯是法兰克福—巴黎轴线上的ICE枢纽（萨尔轻轨和萨尔布吕肯城快铁补充区域交通）；A 6和A 8高速公路将本州与萨尔-洛尔-卢森堡大区连接起来。\n\n## 经济\n\n重要的有钢铁和金属工业（迪林根钢铁厂 Dillinger Hütte）、汽车零部件供应、信息学与IT安全以及萨尔-洛尔-卢森堡大区的跨境合作。",
