Poyang crayfish is a dish made with locally farmed crayfish. In 2021, it was selected as one of the “Ten Famous Dishes of Poyang.” The “Taste Raozhou” tourism food contest chose ten dishes from 20 candidates through online voting and expert review to promote local cuisine. [^pygov_food]
