The U8 is an 18.0 km long line of the Berlin U-Bahn with 24 stations, opened on 17 July 1927, connecting Wittenau in Reinickendorf with Hermannstraße in Neukölln in a north–south direction via Gesundbrunnen and Alexanderplatz.
