    "body": "## Overview\n\nShikoku Railway Company (JR Shikoku) was founded in the 1987 JNR privatization, covering Shikoku from its Takamatsu head office.\n\n## History\n\n- April 1, 1987: Founded.\n- 1988: With the Great Seto Bridge, the Seto-Ohashi Line (Uno/Takamatsu-Kojima-Okayama) opened, linking Honshu and Shikoku by rail.\n\n## Business\n\nIt runs the Yosan, Dosan, Kotoku and Tokushima line network. It has no Shinkansen, connecting with Okayama (a Sanyo Shinkansen interchange) via the Seto-Ohashi Line. Sightseeing trains (Iyotetsu Monogatari, Shikoku-joju trains) are also popular.",
