The 2022 list uses the name Yugo. [^profile]\n\n## Overview\n\nMICHELIN inspectors describe it as capturing the essence of the izakaya, the everyday meeting place of the Japanese: carefully crafted decor with two distinctly different spaces and a sushi bar, with wood, masks and flags throughout; the kitchen fuses Japanese and Mediterranean cuisines while respecting oriental subtlety, with everything starting from the produce in pursuit of a cascade of sensations. The MICHELIN Guide lists it among the best Japanese restaurants in Madrid.
