## Overview

Founded in 2015 by James Beard Award-winning chef Aaron Silverman, the roughly thirty-seat dining room includes a chef's counter. The current MICHELIN Guide page describes it as inspired by the Studio 54 nightclub — oversized Champagne bottles, velvet dinner jackets and balloons galore — with a mood closer to a New Year's Eve party, where guests are encouraged to dress to impress and everything comes with a story the staff is happy to sit down and tell.
