    "body": "## Descripción\n\nEl Grupo Michelin fue fundado por los hermanos André y Édouard Michelin en Clermont-Ferrand, Francia, en 1889. Publica la Guía MICHELIN y ediciones gastronómicas para las regiones que cubre[^guide].\n\n## Origen de la guía\n\nLa guía se creó para animar a los automovilistas a viajar. Ofrecía mapas e información práctica —por ejemplo, cómo cambiar un neumático y dónde repostar—, además de listas de lugares donde comer y alojarse. Las primeras ediciones eran gratuitas. En 1920 comenzó a venderse; incorporó listas por categorías de hoteles y restaurantes de París y eliminó la publicidad pagada[^guide].\n\n## Evaluación de restaurantes\n\nCuando la sección de restaurantes ganó influencia, la guía empezó a enviar inspectores anónimos a los establecimientos. En 1926 concedió sus primeras estrellas a restaurantes de alta cocina, inicialmente con una sola estrella. En 1931 se estableció una escala de cero a tres estrellas y en 1936 se publicaron los criterios[^guide].\n\nSegún la página oficial de presentación, la guía cubre más de 30 territorios de tres continentes, evalúa más de 30.000 establecimientos y ha vendido más de 30 millones de ejemplares en todo el mundo[^guide].",
