    "body": "## परिचय\n\nमिशेलिन समूह की स्थापना 1889 में क्लेरमों-फेरां, फ्रांस में आंद्रे और एडुआर मिशेलिन भाइयों ने की। समूह मिशेलिन गाइड प्रकाशित करता है और उसके कवरेज वाले क्षेत्रों के लिए रेस्तराँ चयन जारी करता है[^guide]।\n\n## गाइड की शुरुआत\n\nगाइड का मूल उद्देश्य लोगों को कार से यात्रा करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित करना था। इसमें नक्शे, टायर बदलने और ईंधन भरवाने जैसी उपयोगी जानकारी तथा खाने और ठहरने के स्थानों की सूचियाँ थीं। शुरुआती संस्करण मुफ़्त थे। 1920 से गाइड बिक्री के लिए उपलब्ध हुआ; इसमें पेरिस के होटल और रेस्तराँ श्रेणियों के अनुसार सूचीबद्ध हुए और भुगतान वाले विज्ञापन हटा दिए गए[^guide]।\n\n## रेस्तराँ मूल्यांकन\n\nरेस्तराँ अनुभाग का प्रभाव बढ़ने पर गाइड ने गुमनाम निरीक्षकों को रेस्तराँ देखने भेजना शुरू किया। 1926 में उत्तम भोजनालयों को पहली बार सितारे दिए गए; शुरुआत में केवल एक सितारा था। 1931 में शून्य से तीन सितारों तक की श्रेणी बनी और 1936 में मूल्यांकन मानदंड प्रकाशित हुए[^guide]।\n\nगाइड के आधिकारिक परिचय पृष्ठ के अनुसार, यह तीन महाद्वीपों के 30 से अधिक क्षेत्रों को कवर करता है, 30,000 से अधिक भोजन-स्थलों का मूल्यांकन करता है और इसकी 3 करोड़ से अधिक प्रतियाँ दुनिया भर में बिक चुकी हैं[^guide]।",
