# 古巴对外贸易与外国投资部

古巴对外贸易与外国投资部是古巴政府主管对外贸易与外国投资事务的部门，现任部长奥斯卡·佩雷斯-奥利瓦·弗拉加；按2026年第186号法将改组为贸易与外国投资部，过渡期内仍按现名运作。

## 概述

古巴对外贸易与外国投资部（Ministerio del Comercio Exterior y la Inversión Extranjera，MINCEX）是古巴政府主管外贸事务的部门，负责进出口管理与外国投资审批。

## 历史沿革

2009年由外贸部与外国投资部合并设立；2026年11月3日第186号法规定其改组为贸易与外国投资部，过渡期最长一年。

## 主要职能

制定外贸政策；管理进出口许可；审批外国投资项目；协调自贸区与马里埃尔经济特区。

## 组织结构

部内设外贸、外国投资等司局。

## 现任负责人

现任部长：奥斯卡·佩雷斯-奥利瓦·弗拉加（2024年2月就任）。
