## 概况

江铃汽车股份有限公司（Jiangling Motors Co., Ltd.，简称江铃汽车、JMC）是总部位于江西省南昌市的汽车制造企业，以商用车为核心竞争力，产品包括轻卡（凯运、凯威、顺达等系列）、皮卡（宝典、域虎、大道）、轻客（福特全顺、特顺、福顺）以及 SUV 与 MPV，实行 JMC 与福特双品牌战略。

## 沿革

公司前身为 1968 年成立的江西汽车制造厂，1980 年以 CKD 方式引进开发五十铃双排座轻型卡车，1980 年代中期在中国率先引进国际先进技术制造轻型卡车。1993 年 11 月 22 日，江铃汽车股份有限公司创立，同年 12 月 1 日 A 股“赣江铃A”在深圳证券交易所挂牌，成为江西省第一家上市公司；1995 年公司在中国率先以 ADR 方式发行 B 股引入外资战略合作伙伴。1997 年，江铃与福特联合开发的全顺投产。目前福特汽车持有公司 32% 股份。

## 与自动驾驶

江铃汽车在车联网、新能源与自动驾驶方向布局，在中国商用车中率先搭载北斗导航并推出 L4 级自动驾驶产品。按百度与 Lyft 的合作安排，萝卜快跑用于欧洲运营的车辆由江铃汽车制造，预计自 2026 年起在德国、英国投入服务。
