本·伯南克是以大萧条研究著称并任美联储主席的经济学家，2022年诺贝尔经济学奖得主之一。

**本·伯南克**（Ben S. Bernanke，1953年12月13日—）出生于奥古斯塔（美国）。

## 生平与职业生涯

伯南克在哈佛大学与麻省理工学院学习，先后任教于斯坦福大学与普林斯顿大学，2006年至2014年任美联储主席。[^s3][^s4]

## 主要成就

伯南克以大萧条研究著称，提出金融加速器等理论；任美联储主席期间以量化宽松等非常规政策应对2008年金融危机。[^s3][^s4]

## 获奖

2022 年瑞典中央银行纪念阿尔弗雷德·诺贝尔经济学奖由 3 位得主共享，本·伯南克占其中 1/3 份，官方获奖理由（官方原文）：“for research on banks and financial crises”[^s1]。获奖时所属机构为 The Brookings Institution，所在地为华盛顿哥伦比亚特区（美国）[^s1]。
