克里斯托弗·皮萨里德斯（Christopher A. Pissarides，1948年2月20日—）是2010 年瑞典中央银行纪念阿尔弗雷德·诺贝尔经济学奖得主之一。

## 生平与职业生涯

克里斯托弗·皮萨里德斯在埃塞克斯大学和伦敦政治经济学院受教育，1970年、1971年先后在埃塞克斯大学获经济学学士、硕士学位，1973年在伦敦政治经济学院获博士学位，导师为森岛通夫；1976年起任教于伦敦政治经济学院，从事劳动经济学研究。[^s3]

## 主要成就

皮萨里德斯与戴蒙德、莫滕森共同发展的搜寻与匹配模型用匹配函数描述工人与职位空缺的配对过程，解释了失业率与职位空缺率的负相关关系（贝弗里奇曲线）以及工资谈判如何分割匹配剩余。该框架成为分析失业波动与劳动力市场政策的标准模型[^s1]。他与莫滕森合著的《均衡失业理论》是失业宏观经济学的标准参考书，这一搜寻匹配框架后被称为钻石-莫滕森-皮萨里德斯（DMP）模型。[^s3]

## 获奖
