    "body": "**让·多塞**（Jean Dausset，1916年10月19日—2009年6月6日）出生于图卢兹（法国），2009年6月6日在帕尔马（西班牙）去世。\n\n## 生平与职业生涯\n\n多塞在巴黎大学学习医学，二战期间在北非服役，战后获巴黎大学医学博士学位，1946年起任国家输血中心实验室主任，1949年曾赴哈佛医学院进修一年[^s3]。1958年起他同时在巴黎大学讲授免疫学与血液学，1963年任巴黎公立医院系统首席生物学家，1977年任巴黎大学免疫学系主任[^s4]。\n\n## 主要成就\n\n多塞研究多次输血后白细胞减少的病人，发现其血清中存在能结合他人白细胞的抗体；1958年他描述了第一个白细胞抗原 MAC，即后来的 HLA-A2，并于1965年描述了第一个组织相容系统 Hu-1，即后来的 HLA 系统[^s3]。1964年他与拉帕波特合作的皮肤移植实验表明，供受体 HLA 相容程度与移植物存活相关，从而为器官移植配型奠定了基础，也揭示了免疫系统识别“自我”与“非我”的分子机制[^s3]。\n\n## 获奖\n\n1980 年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖由 3 位得主共享，让·多塞占其中 1/3 份，官方获奖理由（官方原文）：“for their discoveries concerning genetically determined structures on the cell surface that regulate immunological reactions”[^s1]。获奖时所属机构为 Université de Paris, Laboratoire Immuno-Hématologie，所在地为巴黎（法国）[^s1]。\n\n## 参见\n\n[[work_nobel_prize_1980|1980 年诺贝尔奖]]、[[concept_nobel_prize|诺贝尔奖]]",
