王祥（185年—269年），曹魏人物。

## 生平

王祥是三国时期曹魏至西晋初的大臣，字休征，琅邪临沂人。他以孝行闻名，卧冰求鲤的故事即出自王祥；西晋建立后，王祥官至太保，是西晋初年的元老重臣，卒于268年，谥睦。[^zhwiki]
