吾粲（187年—245年），字孔休，吴郡乌程人，东吴官员。他出身小吏，在洞口之战中坚持救起落水的士兵，后任会稽太守、太子太傅。二宫之争中他力主分清嫡庶，被孙霸、杨竺陷害下狱处死。
