利比亚司法部是利比亚民族统一政府主管司法行政的部门，现任部长哈利玛·易卜拉欣·阿卜杜勒-拉赫曼。

2021年3月民族统一政府成立时设司法部，哈利玛·阿卜杜勒-拉赫曼任部长至今。

## 主要职能

负责法院系统的行政管理；起草与审核法律；管理公证与监狱事务。

部内设法院事务、立法等部门。

现任部长：哈利玛·易卜拉欣·阿卜杜勒-拉赫曼（2021年3月15日就任）。
