Lyft, Inc.（中文译名“来福车”）是美国交通网络公司，2012 年 6 月由 Logan Green 与 John Zimmer 创办，总部位于美国加利福尼亚州旧金山，主营网约车业务；2019 年 3 月在纳斯达克上市（LYFT），并自 2025 年起与百度萝卜快跑合作在欧洲部署无人驾驶出行服务。

## 概况

Lyft, Inc. 是美国交通网络公司，2012 年 6 月由 Logan Green 与 John Zimmer 创办，总部位于美国加利福尼亚州旧金山。公司通过移动应用连接乘客与司机，提供网约车、共享乘车、出租车、租车以及自行车与滑板车等服务，业务覆盖多个大洲的上千个城市。

## 资本与上市

2019 年 3 月 28 日，Lyft 将 A 类普通股发行价定为每股 72 美元，股票于 3 月 29 日以代码 LYFT 在纳斯达克开始交易。2021 年 4 月，Lyft 将其自动驾驶部门以 5.5 亿美元出售给丰田汽车，此后转向与第三方自动驾驶企业合作接入车队。

## 与百度萝卜快跑的合作

2025 年 8 月，百度宣布与 Lyft 达成合作，由江铃汽车制造车辆，萝卜快跑的无人驾驶出行服务计划自 2026 年起在德国、英国等地接入 Lyft 网络。2026 年 7 月 28 日，萝卜快跑联合 Uber 及 Lyft 旗下 Freenow 在伦敦启动公开道路测试。
