    "body": "贺荣（He Rong），1962年10月生于山东临沂，中国法学家、政治人物，现任司法部部长。\n\n## 现任职务\n\n2023年2月，贺荣被任命为司法部部长，接替唐一军。\n\n## 早年与教育\n\n贺荣生于山东临沂。1984年毕业于中国政法大学，获法学学士学位，主修经济法；2004年在澳大利亚悉尼科技大学获民商法法学硕士学位，2006年在中国政法大学获诉讼法法学博士学位。1984年6月加入中国共产党。\n\n## 职业与从政经历\n\n1984年起在北京市高级人民法院工作，历任北京市第二中级人民法院院长、北京市高级人民法院副院长。2011年12月任最高人民法院审判委员会委员，2013年10月任最高人民法院副院长，2020年任常务副院长；2018年至2020年任陕西省委副书记。\n\n## 主要事迹与主张\n\n贺荣在法院系统工作三十余年，长期从事审判与司法管理工作；任司法部部长后主持司法行政与全面依法治国相关工作。",
