# 순더 요리

순더 요리는 광둥 요리의 중요한 원류이자 한 갈래로, "먹기는 광저우에서, 요리는 펑청에서"라는 말이 있다. 생선, 쌀, 유제품, 가금, 꽃을 주재료로 하며 맑고 부드럽고 아삭하고 매끄러운 본래의 맛을 중시한다. 2014년 순더는 유네스코 미식 도시로 지정되었다.

순더 요리는 광둥 요리의 중요한 원류이자 한 갈래이다. "먹기는 광저우에서, 요리는 펑청에서"라는 속담의 펑청은 순더 다량의 옛 이름이다. 2014년 12월 1일 순더는 유네스코 창의 도시 네트워크에 가입해 미식 도시 칭호를 받았으며, 청두에 이어 중국에서 두 번째다.[^s1][^s2]

## 특징
