软件质量

软件质量既指软件产品应具备的特性，也指某一产品具备这些特性的程度，以及用来达到这些特性的过程、工具和技术。

指南说明“软件质量”一词负担了多层含义。产品特性、产品达到这些特性的程度，以及达到这些特性所用的过程、工具和技术，都可能被称作质量。较新的一种产品定义是：软件产品在规定条件下满足明示和隐含需要的能力。质量管理过程与质量保证过程在本知识域中分开讨论；验证与确认、测试、技术评审和审核出现在质量保证过程之下。[^s1]
