## 概况

如祺出行是由广汽集团与腾讯等联合发起创立的出行科技平台，2019 年 6 月在广州上线运营。公司业务包括出行服务（网约车、Robotaxi）、技术服务（人工智能数据及模型解决方案、高精地图）以及面向司机与运力加盟商的车队销售及维修。

## 发展

上线后，如祺出行引入自动驾驶解决方案供应商小马智行作为战略股东。2022 年，公司推出开放式 Robotaxi 运营科技平台，成为全球首个有人驾驶网约车与 Robotaxi 服务商业化混合运营的出行平台；如祺 Robotaxi 已在广州、深圳两大一线城市的中心城区提供服务。除自营车队外，该平台还接入广汽研究院、小马智行等 Robotaxi 运力。截至 2023 年 12 月 31 日，平台 Robotaxi 运力规模达 281 辆，服务累计运营 20,080 小时，覆盖 545 个站点，完成 450,699 公里安全试运营里程。

## 上市

2024 年 7 月 10 日，如祺出行（09680.HK）在香港交易所举行上市仪式，股份在主板挂牌交易，被称为“自动驾驶运营科技第一股”。首席执行官蒋华表示，公司将以上市为起点继续深耕自动驾驶赛道。
