## 概况

文远知行（WeRide）成立于 2017 年，总部位于广州，是自动驾驶科技公司。公司基于自研的 WeRide One 通用自动驾驶技术平台，围绕智慧出行、智慧货运与智慧环卫三大场景布局 Robotaxi、Robobus、Robosweeper、Robovan 与组合辅助驾驶（ADAS）五类产品。

## 资本与上市

2024 年 10 月 25 日，文远知行在纳斯达克证券交易所挂牌上市，股票代码 WRD。2025 年 11 月 6 日在香港交易所挂牌上市，股票代码 0800.HK，成为全球首家在美股与港股双重主要上市的自动驾驶科技企业。

## 业务与全球化

在中国，文远知行 Robotaxi 已在广州、北京实现纯无人商业运营，并在机场、火车站等交通枢纽开通自动驾驶服务；公司与 Uber 在中东开展商业化 Robotaxi 运营，并在欧洲多国部署 L4 级车队。公司称其产品已在中国、阿联酋、新加坡、法国、沙特阿拉伯、比利时、美国等国家和地区取得自动驾驶牌照。

## 广州 Robobus
