## 生平与职业生涯

辛格出身哈西德派拉比家庭，早年在华沙意第绪文学圈活动，1935年移居美国，在纽约意第绪语报纸《前进报》任记者和编辑[^s4]。

## 主要成就

他一生用意第绪语写作，代表作有《撒旦在戈雷》（1933年）、《莫斯卡特一家》（1945年连载，1950年英译本出版）、《卢布林的魔术师》（1960年）和《敌人》（1972年），以及短篇《傻瓜吉姆佩尔》；作品以战前波兰犹太小镇生活、民间传说与神秘主义写普遍的人性困境，是唯一以意第绪语获诺贝尔文学奖的作家[^s3]。

## 获奖
