    "body": "张军（Zhang Jun）1956年10月生于山东博兴，是中国政治人物、法学家，现任最高人民法院院长、首席大法官。\n\n## 现任职务\n\n2023年3月11日当选最高人民法院院长、首席大法官，任期至2028年；同时任最高人民法院党组书记、审判委员会委员。\n\n## 早年与教育\n\n1973年1月参加工作，1974年5月加入中国共产党。1982年毕业于吉林大学法律系，获法学学士学位；1985年获中国人民大学刑法学法学硕士学位，2006年获武汉大学刑法学法学博士学位。\n\n## 职业与从政经历\n\n1985年起在最高人民法院工作，历任刑事审判庭干部、副庭长、庭长，2001年任最高人民法院副院长；2003年至2005年任司法部副部长；2005年至2012年再任最高人民法院副院长；2012年至2017年任中央纪委副书记；2017年2月至2018年3月任司法部部长；2018年3月至2023年3月任最高人民检察院检察长；2023年3月任最高人民法院院长。\n\n## 主要事迹与主张\n\n为迄今唯一先后担任最高人民检察院检察长与最高人民法院院长的人；任检察长期间推动检察公益诉讼与认罪认罚从宽制度；任最高人民法院院长后主持人民法院审判执行与司法改革工作，强调能动司法与诉源治理。",
