    "body": "## 版本说明\n\n下列正文保留通告全文和原文所附号牌式样，发布机构名称按原文署名。[^official]\n\n## 通告全文\n\n2026年第15号\n\n关于启用新式电动自行车号牌的通告\n\n```text\n为进一步规范本市电动自行车管理，维护道路交通秩序，根据《北京市非机动车管理条例》，决定自2026年6月8日起，启用新式电动自行车号牌。现通告如下：\n一、自2026年6月8日起，对符合条件准予办理以下业务的电动自行车，免费核发新式电动自行车号牌：\n1．申请新车注册登记的；\n2．已领取旧式电动自行车号牌的车辆办理变更、转让、延用登记，以及补换领号牌、行驶证的。\n二、新式电动自行车号牌为绿底、白色字符白框线，每副一面，材质为工程塑料，表面印有二维码。号牌尺寸：200mm（长）×100mm（宽）。号牌字符为上、下双排结构，上排为“北京”，第二排为号牌编码（式样附后）。\n三、电动自行车号牌应当按照以下规定安装：\n1．安装在电动自行车后部号牌安装位置；\n2．号牌应正面朝外、字符正向，禁止反装或倒装；\n3．使用专用固封装置固定在安装孔上；\n4．号牌周边不应有影响号牌识别的物体和光源。\n四、2026年6月8日前登记并领取的旧式号牌与新式号牌同时有效，无需申请换发新式电动自行车号牌。\n特此通告。\n附件：新式电动自行车号牌式样\n北京市公安局交通管理局\n2026年6月4日\n```\n\n![新式电动自行车号牌式样](https://jtgl.beijing.gov.cn/jgj/jgxx/gsgg/jttg/bjsgajgajtgljtg/744032135/2026060519065267479.jpeg)[^plate]\n\n[^official]",
