Chef Gilbert Cetina kookte eerder met zijn vader bij de naastgelegen kraam Chichen Itza en laat zich inspireren door de kustkeukens van Mexico. Het werd opgenomen in de lijst met éénsterrenrestaurants van de MICHELIN Guide California 2025 en staat ook in de editie van 2026 met één ster vermeld.
