# Sons & Daughters

Sons & Daughters is een eigentijds restaurant in San Francisco onder leiding van chef Harrison Cheney. Het werd opgenomen in de lijst met tweesterrenrestaurants van de MICHELIN Guide California 2025 en staat ook in de editie van 2026 met twee sterren vermeld. Ook na de verhuizing naar een ruimere locatie is het persoonlijke, gepassioneerde karakter behouden. Cheneys Noordse opleiding komt terug in conserveringstechnieken voor zorgvuldig geselecteerde groenten, wild geplukte paddenstoelen en zeevruchten, met verwijzingen naar zijn Britse roots. Een Scotch egg met kwarteleiworst rond een zacht kwartelei is daar een voorbeeld van. De kenmerkende koolraapnoedels met varkensvet en romige sabayon tonen de vaardigheid van de keuken met groenten.
