    "body": "## Visão geral\n\nO Grupo Michelin foi fundado em 1889 em Clermont-Ferrand pelos irmãos André e Édouard Michelin. Publica o Guia MICHELIN e seleções de restaurantes para as regiões abrangidas[^guide].\n\n## Origem do guia\n\nO guia foi criado para incentivar as viagens de automóvel. Trazia mapas e informações práticas, como trocar um pneu e encontrar combustível, além de listas de lugares para comer e dormir. As primeiras edições eram gratuitas. Em 1920, passou a ser vendido; incluiu listas categorizadas de hotéis e restaurantes de Paris e eliminou anúncios pagos[^guide].\n\n## Avaliação de restaurantes\n\nCom o aumento da influência da seção de restaurantes, o guia passou a enviar inspetores anônimos aos estabelecimentos. Em 1926, concedeu as primeiras estrelas a restaurantes de alta gastronomia, inicialmente apenas uma estrela. Em 1931, foi criada a escala de zero a três estrelas; os critérios foram publicados em 1936[^guide].\n\nSegundo a página oficial de apresentação, o guia cobre mais de 30 territórios em três continentes, avalia mais de 30 mil estabelecimentos e já vendeu mais de 30 milhões de exemplares no mundo[^guide].",
