## 概况

特斯拉（Tesla, Inc.）是美国电动汽车与清洁能源公司，其自动驾驶功能以摄像头方案与 FSD 软件为核心，并以此为基础运营 Robotaxi 出行服务。公司采取与 Waymo 等专用 Robotaxi 运营商不同的路线，以量产车型提供付费自动驾驶出行。

## Robotaxi 服务

2025 年 6 月，特斯拉在得克萨斯州奥斯汀推出付费 Robotaxi 服务，最初在副驾驶座配备安全员；2026 年 1 月中旬开始移除安全员，初期只有少量车辆，到 6 月初奥斯汀的无人驾驶运营范围已扩大至整个地理围栏区域。2026 年 4 月，特斯拉在休斯敦和达拉斯启动 Robotaxi 运营，同样包含部分无人驾驶行程。

在加利福尼亚州，特斯拉自 2025 年 9 月起在湾区提供付费乘车服务，但由于加州监管要求，驾驶座必须配备安全员；要在加州开展完全无人驾驶的收费运营，还需获得加州机动车管理局与公用事业委员会等机构的许可。

## 规模与成本

由于特斯拉披露有限，第三方研究机构依据众包数据估算其活跃 Robotaxi 车队约 30 至 50 辆，且同时运行的只是其中一部分；多数车辆仍集中在奥斯汀。研究机构指出，其行程中约 80% 至 90% 已为无人监督驾驶。特斯拉 Robotaxi 车辆成本约 3 万美元，低于专用 Robotaxi 车型约 10 万美元的水平；公司计划用无方向盘的专用车型 Cybercab 逐步替换现有车队车型。
