# Vespertine

O restaurante ocupa «The Waffle», um edifício futurista marcante em aço vermelho. O espaço ousado e austero serve de palco a um menu de degustação fora do comum. Cada prato impressiona visualmente e é inventivo, por vezes até lúdico, sem perder a precisão técnica nem o equilíbrio dos sabores. Entre as criações estão vieiras com maracujá, ají amarillo e pétalas de tuile de raiz-forte, além de uma taça pontilhada de flores comestíveis e finalizada com água de tomate.
