    "body": "## 原文说明\n\n以下收录官方网页全文；落款日期为2026年6月15日，网页发布日期为2026年6月18日。原文提及的2025年文号属于同时废止的旧通告，并非本通告文号。[^official]\n\n## 通告全文\n\n依据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》规定，决定自2026年6月30日24时起，调整东六环（小庞各庄桥-施园桥路段）双向禁止部分车辆通行交通管理措施。具体事项通告如下：\n\n一、继续实施全天禁止运载危险化学品车辆进入东六环小庞各庄桥至施园桥路段通行交通管理措施。\n\n二、全天准许重型载货汽车进入东六环小庞各庄桥至施园桥路段的通行。\n\n三、运载危险化学品车辆是指专门用于运输剧毒化学品、爆炸品、放射性物品、腐蚀性物品等危险货物的货车、挂车；重型载货汽车是指总质量大于或等于12000kg的载货汽车。\n\n四、相关部门按照本通告规定，调整禁行区域周边交通标志，对于违反本通告规定进入禁行区域道路行驶的运载危险化学品车辆，依法处罚。\n\n五、本通告施行之日，《北京市交通委员会 北京市公安局公安交通管理局关于东六环（小庞各庄桥—施园桥路段）双向禁止部分车辆通行的通告》（京交货运发〔2025〕40号）同时废止。\n\n特此通告。\n\n北京市交通委员会   北京市公安局交通管理局\n\n2026年6月15日",
