优步（Uber Technologies, Inc.）是美国的交通网络公司，2009 年 3 月由加勒特·坎普与特拉维斯·卡兰尼克创立，总部位于美国加利福尼亚州旧金山，业务涵盖网约车、外卖配送与货运；2019 年 5 月在纽约证券交易所上市（UBER），并把自动驾驶出行交由合作伙伴在其平台上运营。

## 概况

优步（Uber Technologies, Inc.）是美国的交通网络公司，2009 年 3 月由加勒特·坎普（Garrett Camp）与特拉维斯·卡兰尼克（Travis Kalanick）创立，总部位于美国加利福尼亚州旧金山，业务包括网约车、外卖配送（Uber Eats）与货运。公司于 2019 年 5 月 10 日在纽约证券交易所上市，股票代码 UBER。

## 发展

公司最初名为 UberCab，2010 年在旧金山推出服务，2011 年更名为 Uber；2012 年推出价格更低的 UberX，2016 年推出独立送餐应用 Uber Eats。2014 年 3 月，Uber 宣布进入中国大陆市场并启用中文名“优步”；2016 年 11 月 27 日，旧版优步 App 在中国全面停止服务。

## 自动驾驶合作

Uber 不再自研自动驾驶后，改为与多家自动驾驶企业合作，在其平台上接入 Robotaxi 服务：2025 年 5 月与小马智行宣布战略合作，后者 Robotaxi 车队接入 Uber 平台；2025 年 10 月与文远知行在沙特利雅得开放 Robotaxi 公众运营服务。2025 年起，Uber 与百度旗下萝卜快跑达成战略合作；2026 年 7 月 28 日，萝卜快跑联合 Uber 及 Lyft 旗下 Freenow 在伦敦启动公开道路测试。
