# 伯特·萨克曼

伯特·萨克曼是与内尔共同发明膜片钳技术的生物物理学家，1991年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖得主之一。

**伯特·萨克曼**（Bert Sakmann，1942年6月12日—）出生于斯图加特（德国）。

## 生平与职业生涯

萨克曼在慕尼黑大学获医学博士学位，长期任职于马克斯·普朗克医学研究所与海德堡大学，从事细胞电生理研究。[^s3][^s4]

## 主要成就

萨克曼与内尔共同发明膜片钳技术，可记录单个离子通道的电流，揭示细胞信号传递的通道机制，为神经科学与药物研究奠定了基础。[^s3][^s4]

## 获奖

1991 年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖由 2 位得主共享，伯特·萨克曼占其中 1/2 份，官方获奖理由（官方原文）：“for their discoveries concerning the function of single ion channels in cells”[^s1]。获奖时所属机构为 Max-Planck-Institut für medizinische Forschung，所在地为海德堡（德国）[^s1]。
