# 卡尔·博施

卡尔·博施是实现合成氨工业化的化学家，1931年诺贝尔化学奖得主之一。

**卡尔·博施**（Carl Bosch，1874年8月27日—1940年4月26日）出生于科隆（德国），1940年4月26日在海德堡（德国）去世。

## 生平与职业生涯

博施在莱比锡大学学习，先后任职于巴斯夫公司并主持其生产经营，推动化学工业的规模化发展。[^s3][^s4]

## 主要成就

博施与哈伯合作，将实验室合成氨转化为工业生产，开发高压合成氨工艺，使化肥大规模生产成为可能；他还推动煤加氢制油等工业化学的发展。[^s3][^s4]

## 获奖

1931 年诺贝尔化学奖由 2 位得主共享，卡尔·博施占其中 1/2 份，官方获奖理由（官方原文）：“in recognition of their contributions to the invention and development of chemical high pressure methods”[^s1]。获奖时所属机构为 University of Heidelberg，所在地为海德堡（德国）[^s1]。
