# 天野浩

日本半导体物理学家天野浩（Hiroshi Amano，1960年9月11日—），以高效蓝光发光二极管的发明获2014年诺贝尔物理学奖。

**天野浩**（Hiroshi Amano，1960年9月11日—）出生于滨松市（日本）。

## 生平与职业生涯

天野浩在名古屋大学先后获工学学士（1983年）、硕士（1985年）与博士（1989年）学位，均在赤崎勇课题组从事氮化物半导体研究；1988年至1992年任名古屋大学助教，1992年起任名城大学教授，2015年回名古屋大学任未来电子集成研究中心主任[^s4]。

## 主要成就

1985年他在赤崎指导下用低温缓冲层法在蓝宝石衬底上生长出高质量氮化镓晶体；1989年他首次制成氮化镓p-n结紫外/蓝光发光二极管，与赤崎、中村修二共享2014年诺贝尔物理学奖[^s3]。

## 获奖

2014 年诺贝尔物理学奖由 3 位得主共享，天野浩占其中 1/3 份，官方获奖理由（官方原文）：“for the invention of efficient blue light-emitting diodes which has enabled bright and energy-saving white light sources”[^s1]。获奖时所属机构为 Nagoya University，所在地为名古屋市（日本）[^s1]。
