约瑟夫·默里（Joseph E. Murray，1919年4月1日—2012年11月26日）是1990 年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖得主之一。

## 贡献

由于人体免疫系统会排斥外来器官，器官移植长期被认为难以实现。1954年，默里通过放疗与免疫抑制剂避免排斥，成功在同卵双胞胎之间移植肾脏，为其他器官移植铺平了道路。[^s1]

## 获奖

1990 年诺贝尔生理学或医学奖由 2 位得主共享，约瑟夫·默里占其中 1/2 份，官方获奖理由（官方原文）：“for their discoveries concerning organ and cell transplantation in the treatment of human disease”[^s1]。获奖时所属机构为 Brigham and Women's Hospital，所在地为波士顿（美国）[^s1]。
