巴西劳工与就业部（Ministério do Trabalho e Emprego）是巴西负责劳工关系、就业与职业培训政策的政府部门，现任部长为路易斯·马里尼奥。

## 历史沿革

劳工部历史可追溯至1930年设立的劳工、工业与商业部；2023年卢拉政府恢复劳工与就业部建制。

## 主要职能

负责制定劳工政策、管理就业服务与失业保险、监督劳动法规执行、推动职业培训与正式就业。

## 组织结构

部内设劳工关系、就业、职业培训等分管体系。

## 现任负责人

路易斯·马里尼奥担任劳工与就业部长，2023年1月1日就任，此前曾任劳工部长与圣保罗州圣贝尔纳多-杜坎普市市长。
