繁茂缠绕的绿植、昏暗灯光和迷幻音乐营造出奇幻而沉浸的空间。主厨以原始火烤技法结合零浪费理念，选用可持续来源的野生与有机食材，打造令人难忘的菜式。炭烤山药配奶油酱、烟熏鳟鱼鱼子和烤榛子；蜂蜜烤Sue Buxton扇贝搭配芥菜、芭蕉饺和焦洋葱汁，风味平衡。饮品也延续同一理念，包括不加精制糖的鸡尾酒、野采香草茶和单一产地咖啡。[^michelin-profile]
