# Vespertine

Vespertine位于卡尔弗城，是主厨Jordan Kahn主理的当代菜餐厅。餐厅入选《米其林指南加州版2025》二星名单，MICHELIN Guide California 2026也列为二星餐厅。[^michelin-profile][^stars2025][^guide2026]

餐厅设在醒目的红钢建筑“The Waffle”中，前卫而冷峻的空间为极具创意的品尝菜单搭起舞台。每道菜都视觉出众，风格大胆新颖，有时甚至带点奇想，同时展现精湛技法与平衡风味。例如，扇贝搭配百香果、ají amarillo黄辣椒和辣根薄脆花瓣；一碗点缀着各式可食花朵的料理，则以番茄水收尾。结尾甜点同样令人着迷，呈现万花筒般层次丰富的风味。Vespertine也与姊妹餐厅合作，力求完整利用每一种食材。[^michelin-profile]
