Diguan · Relations

Diguan, also written Yaoguan, is one of the twelve girls the Jia house bought to sing in Dream of the Red Chamber. Her role was the young female. She and Ouguan, who played the young male, often acted as a married couple. Diguan died young, and Ouguan wept as if she would not live.
