Liu An · Relations

Liu An is a fictional character in Romance of the Three Kingdoms, the hunter who sheltered Liu Bei. After Lü Bu defeated Liu Bei and he fled toward Cao Cao, he lodged at Liu An's home. Liu An could not find game and killed his own wife to feed him. Liu Bei wept when he learned the truth, and Cao Cao sent Sun Qian to reward Liu An with a hundred taels of gold.[^wikidata][^zhwiki]
