Xingcheng is a county-level city under Huludao, Liaoning, with administrative division code 211481.[1]
The city covers 2,102.01 km² and had a population of 490,000 in 2020.[2]
History
The area was known as Ningyuan County in 1913 and as Xingcheng County from 1914 to 1986.[2]
