Gemini 4 Argon is a frontier artificial intelligence model announced by Google DeepMind on 30 September 2026 for complex software engineering, agentic work, mathematical and scientific research, and cyber defence. It was first released through the Fairwind Program to vetted security professionals, and from 13 October it became available to subscribers and developers in the Gemini app and Gemini API.
It handles up to one million tokens of combined input and output, with introductory pricing of US$2 per million input tokens and US$10 per million output tokens.
