Lyft, Inc. is an American transportation network company founded in June 2012 by Logan Green and John Zimmer and headquartered in San Francisco, California. It connects riders and drivers through a mobile app; its shares began trading on Nasdaq on 29 March 2019 (LYFT), and from 2025 it has worked with Baidu's Apollo Go to deploy robotaxi service in Europe.
